At the POP UP  I  have created a fun and innovative way to enjoy farm to fork dining under the stars.

My creations are completed with leaving your palate bemused..My concept is to take you under the stars and allow nature to be your background.  The plate is my canvas on which I create my art.

The menu consists of selected AMUSE BOUCHE offerings and  several tapas of organics from the farm to your table. On these special nights, Local artists in the community will come out and perform at your table side.
